Animation | Week 3 | Pivot - Character & Storyboard Again
I decided to team up with a student from another section for the assignment and scraped the previous idea and storyboard I had.
He had contacted a Russian illustrator whose work is amazing, and that we will base our animation on.
These are the key illustrations that will set the tone for the animation.
The story is inspired a song by (also) a Russian band, Bicycles for Afghanistan. It is about romantic nostalgia & longing.
I also illustrated some key scenes in the storyboard as mood boards.
